La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaciones (CTI), captur\u00f3 el pasado 15 de enero en Riosucio (Caldas) a Jessica Britney Gonz\u00e1lez Motato, quien era requerida por la justicia para cumplir una condena a 8 a\u00f1os y 8 meses de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de tentativa de homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El fallo se produjo luego de que el ente acusador comprobara que el 24 de agosto de 2019 la ahora sentenciada particip\u00f3 en las agresiones contra una mujer que se encontraba en un establecimiento nocturno de Riosucio.
Las pruebas aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda determinaron que el d\u00eda de los hechos dos mujeres, una de ellas Gonz\u00e1lez Motato, insultaron y agredieron a la v\u00edctima, luego de abandonar el lugar.
Las heridas causadas con una botella rota en el cuello y el est\u00f3mago pusieron en riesgo la vida de la mujer, quien gravemente herida lleg\u00f3 a un centro asistencial, donde de nuevo se encontr\u00f3 con sus agresoras, quienes pretend\u00edan seguir lastim\u00e1ndola.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
